A growing healthcare company is looking for a full time Business Development Manager for their NHTD department.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development efforts for the NHTD department of the healthcare company.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand client bases, particularly with insurance providers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to capitalize on emerging trends and market opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor services to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective growth strategies.
  • Relationship-building skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
