Job Description We are looking for a highly strategic and analytical Business Planning and Operations Manager for the North America (NA) Money Movement Solutions (MMS) - Business Strategy and Planning Office. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction and driving business growth in the NA region. This individual will be responsible for leading the strategic planning process, creating business reviews, managing regional operating models, driving the business's forecasting, budgeting process, and developing performance measures that support the business's strategic direction. The team reports to the NA MMS Chief of Staff and is comprised of payments professionals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who are responsible for developing business plans, delivering strategic initiatives, and managing the NA MMS GM’s agenda. Purpose and Scope Drive business planning to develop long-term strategic plans, operational plans, business forecasts and manage the operating budget under guidance of the Chief of Staff Create business reviews presentations and executive management updates, requiring strong analytical skills to interpret business data and trends, and excellent communication skills to report findings effectively Oversee NA MMS resource allocation (including budgeting and personell) along with the organizational operating model aligned to business goals and OKRs - collaborating with leads to ensure high operational efficiency and effectiveness Work closely with the Chief of Staff to prioritize regional initiatives based on potential impact, resources required, and alignment with strategic objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and integrate business plans, operating structures and strategies for NA MMS Identify and drive opportunities for continuous operational improvements, implementing necessary changes to streamline efforts Local Law 144 Notice for New York City Resident Applicants:For some requisitions, automated employment decision tools ('AEDTs') may be used as part of the assessment process to assist our recruiters in the initial evaluation of your application. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
