Job Description:

This position is a senior level technical role that will execute application support of production systems with a focus on incident management, problem management, change/release, and other ITIL based functions. The individual will need to lead discussions and collaboration with development and business teams and be able to develop a deep understanding of applications and business functionality. This role requires the ability to operate independently and help transform and mature the support organization. The position will be working in a corporate environment with large, complex, and critical applications across a wide range of technologies. Examples include large, complex, Tier 1 IIS/.NET/SQL applications, web hosting with multiple server tier levels, and application and server level clustering and load balancing

Top requirements:

  • 5+ years of application support (L2/L3)
  • Experience in Incident management, independently handling Incident Triage calls.
  • Exposure to monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, AutoSys
  • Ability to self-start and independently drive efficiency improvement projects.
  • Banking/Risk/enterprise background
  • Good working experience in Windows / Linux based platforms
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
