We offer both a 10-month cycle , as well as a shorter 10-week opening, both with opportunities for extension. The Digital Learning Facilitator is a passionate digital service ambassador and mathematics content expert, facilitating engaging digital professional learning workshops, effectively managing customer partnerships, and motivating teachers through meaningful coaching and support. To excel in this role, you will develop and maintain meaningful partnerships with key internal CL stakeholders and support the delivery and training of new digital services that meet or exceed customer expectations. This role reports directly to the Services Delivery Manager. Digital Service Facilitators must successfully complete a suite of certification requirements, as prescribed by Carnegie Learning experts. Each cycle, whether the 10-month or the shorter 10-week option, involves approximately 150-200 hours of work. What You'll Be Responsible For Deliver Digital Service Solutions Ensuring the delivery of the most effective professional learning offerings by working with the Design and Delivery teams to ensure quality and best practices are delivered Delivering intentional professional learning 1:1 coaching cycles with teachers using a Cognitive Coaching approach Managing and owning the overarching participant experience for the digital service, acting as the main point of contact for course participants Managing all technical aspects of all live, digital (synchronous) Learning Together sessions Supporting and encouraging participant engagement and interaction during live, digital (synchronous) Learning Together Sessions and (asynchronous) Learning Individually parts of the course Monitoring and maintaining high levels of participant engagement through interaction with discussion forums and participant work submissions, addressing participant progress and support needed Monitoring participant badge and point completion, sending weekly platform announcements to participants Reviewing participant feedback and providing progress updates to key stakeholders Owning responsibility for the participation and engagement of all cohort participants Attending Patterns Design Team office hours as needed Ensuring the delivery of our mission statement and design principles in all professional learning offerings Other Fun Work Growing yourself professionally in the areas of professional learning facilitation, digital learning Performing other duties as assigned or apparent What Should Be In Your Bookbag Bachelor's degree in education or a related field 5+ years experience in the mathematics education industry 3+ years experience developing and delivering content and/or resources for learning and development for leaders and teachers 2+ years of coaching experience or Cognitive Coaching certification Exemplifies all of our core values to the highest level Superior written and verbal communication skills Exceptional time management skills, including detailed calendar management, effective goal setting, efficiency in task prioritization, and consistently meeting deadlines Ability to work and manage projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude in stressful situations Ability to remain solution-minded and detail-oriented; always looking for ways to improve efficiency and communication as well as the team and/or customer experience Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervisio Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills Proven ability to inform, influence, and engage others Experience and comfort working cross-functionally with many different stakeholders Passionate about K-12 education and deeply committed to improving outcomes for our customers What Gives Us Purpose Others teach what; we teach why.
