About the Role

Carnegie Learning is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Learning Facilitator to join our Professional Learning team on a part-time basis. As a Digital Learning Facilitator, you will play a critical role in delivering engaging digital professional learning workshops, managing customer partnerships, and motivating teachers through meaningful coaching and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Digital Service Solutions: Ensure the delivery of effective professional learning offerings by working with the Design and Delivery teams to ensure quality and best practices are delivered.
  • Deliver Intentional Professional Learning: Deliver 1:1 coaching cycles with teachers using a Cognitive Coaching approach.
  • Manage Participant Experience: Manage and own the overarching participant experience for the digital service, acting as the main point of contact for course participants.
  • Technical Support: Manage all technical aspects of all live, digital (synchronous) Learning Together sessions.
  • Participant Engagement: Support and encourage participant engagement and interaction during live, digital (synchronous) Learning Together Sessions and (asynchronous) Learning Individually parts of the course.
  • Monitoring and Feedback: Monitor and maintain high levels of participant engagement through interaction with discussion forums and participant work submissions, addressing participant progress and support needed.
  • Badge and Point Completion: Monitor participant badge and point completion, sending weekly platform announcements to participants.
  • Progress Updates: Review participant feedback and provide progress updates to key stakeholders.
  • Participation and Engagement: Own responsibility for the participation and engagement of all cohort participants.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend Patterns Design Team office hours as needed.
  • Mission Delivery: Ensure the delivery of our mission statement and design principles in all professional learning offerings.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the mathematics education industry, 3+ years of experience developing and delivering content and/or resources for learning and development for leaders and teachers, and 2+ years of coaching experience or Cognitive Coaching certification.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, exceptional time management skills, ability to work and manage projects in a fast-paced environment, ability to remain solution-minded and detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
