About the Role

Carnegie Learning is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Learning Facilitator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our Professional Learning team, you will play a critical role in delivering engaging digital professional learning workshops, managing customer partnerships, and motivating teachers through meaningful coaching and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Digital Service Solutions
    • Collaborate with the Design and Delivery teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality professional learning offerings that meet or exceed customer expectations.
    • Develop and deliver intentional professional learning 1:1 coaching cycles with teachers using a Cognitive Coaching approach.
    • Manage and own the participant experience for digital services, serving as the main point of contact for course participants.
    • Oversee the technical aspects of live, digital (synchronous) Learning Together sessions.
    • Support and encourage participant engagement and interaction during live, digital (synchronous) Learning Together Sessions and (asynchronous) Learning Individually parts of the course.
    • Monitor and maintain high levels of participant engagement through interaction with discussion forums and participant work submissions, addressing participant progress and support needed.
    • Monitor participant badge and point completion, sending weekly platform announcements to participants.
    • Review participant feedback and provide progress updates to key stakeholders.
    • Owning responsibility for the participation and engagement of all cohort participants.
    • Attend Patterns Design Team office hours as needed.
    • Ensure the delivery of our mission statement and design principles in all professional learning offerings.
  • Other Key Responsibilities
    • Grow professionally in the areas of professional learning facilitation and digital learning.
    • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the mathematics education industry.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and delivering content and/or resources for learning and development for leaders and teachers.
  • 2+ years of coaching experience or Cognitive Coaching certification.
  • Exemplify all of our core values to the highest level.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills, including detailed calendar management, effective goal setting, efficiency in task prioritization, and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work and manage projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude in stressful situations.
  • Ability to remain solution-minded and detail-oriented; always looking for ways to improve efficiency and communication as well as the team and/or customer experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to inform, influence, and engage others.
  • Experience and comfort working cross-functionally with many different stakeholders.
