Areas of Responsibility:
  • Collect, analyze, and recap - sales performance (by-style, by-store) and wholesale bookings history (by-category, by-style).

  • Sell at all regional trade shows
  • Create line sheets, market presentations, selling material
  • Develop store training presentations
  • Effectively present the collection to Buyers in the showroom and at tradeshows.
  • Work effectively with Buyers to sell the collection with strong attention to budget expectations.
  • Ensure budget goals are met; project sales, plan and negotiate order volumes with accounts.
  • Accurately and quickly submit orders for processing into NetSuite
  • Submit requests for Samples
  • Store visits and product training
  • Provide ongoing, effective communication and interaction with the Operations Department to ensure a superior level of customer service to our wholesale clients.
  • Analysis of all product classification specific to key doors/territories.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 4-5 years' experience in wholesale sales (prior work with a major account) or retail buying for a major department or specialty store.
  • Proficient with excel skills advance
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with a strong knowledge of the luxury and fashion industries.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Existing relationships and understanding of working with US major department stores.

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, service-oriented, and deadline-oriented.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and follow-through skills.
  • Multi-tasker, with an ability to support simultaneous projects.
  • Ensure budget goals are met; project sales, plan and negotiate order volumes with accounts.
