Description

Leidos is seeking an IT Services Manager for the ESA V program supporting the Department of Justice. The role involves overseeing end user services, managing a team, maintaining service level delivery, and collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure exceptional IT services.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure successful delivery of IT services to a Federal customer within the Department of Justice
  • Lead and manage a team providing end user services and technical support
  • Oversee ticket accuracy, completeness, and maintenance of a knowledge base
  • Identify opportunities to improve service desk workflows and enhance productivity
  • Establish regular meetings with the customer to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Deliver regular reports to the Leidos PM and the customer
  • Manage staff performance and engage with the Leidos PM when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 10+ years of experience, or High school diploma with an additional 4 years of experience
  • Prior Leadership experience
  • A strong IT services background
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience leading organizations performing IT Operations
  • Demonstrated experience with a service ticketing system such as ServiceNow

Desired Qualifications:

  • Past experience with the Department of Justice
  • Experience supporting organizations involved in litigation
  • ITIL certification
  • PMP certification

Salary for this position: $100K - $110K
