- Mentor junior engineers to support their professional growth.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (Blazor, Webforms, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of modern DevOps toolchains and build pipelines.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Services.
- Proficiency with Git Repositories and Source Control.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum and Sprint Methodologies.
- Exposure to Jira and Confluence.

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
