Position Summary
Provides admissions, registration, academic record and other information to students, faculty and the general public.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Refers individuals to the appropriate CNM resources; and explains and interprets CNM information by telephone, in person and on-line.
  • Performs general office duties, which includes data entry and retrieval, manual and electronic processing, answering telephones and other clerical duties.
  • Performs other related duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
  • Employees are required to comply with safety regulations, procedures, protocols, OSHA standards, and wear personal protective gear if required.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of related experience.
  • Preference: Bilingual English & Spanish
  • Shift Mon-Thursday 10am-7pm Friday 8am-5pm CNM Main Campus
