As an Account Manager at Golf Stix Value Guide, you will be at the forefront of providing top-tier service to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and chat interactions. Your key role will be to guide customers through the equipment trade-in process with your in-depth knowledge of golf equipment and technology. You'll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely quotes while building lasting relationships with our Green Grass partners, fitting specialists, and sales representatives.

In addition to customer support, you'll also play a pivotal role in marketing our seasonal excess inventory campaigns, contributing to our business growth through strategic outreach and trade initiatives. This position offers a dynamic environment where prioritization and time management skills are crucial for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat conversations to assist customers with the equipment trade-in process and rental set program.
  • Build and maintain rapport with Green Grass, Fitting, Sales Representatives, and other partners.
  • Utilize your strong knowledge of golf clubs to guide customers in submitting their trade-ins.
  • Generate and present accurate and timely quotes to customers.
  • Analyze inventory metrics to support informed buying decisions by the merchant team.
  • Prepare monthly reports using data from NetSuite for internal and customer use.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Market and manage seasonal excess inventory campaigns along with weekly messaging throughout the year.
  • Expand the customer base and enhance client relationships through outbound outreach and trade initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Passion for and experience in the game of golf.
  • Above-average knowledge of golf equipment and technology.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, sales, or buying.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing customer needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing roles and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work 40-45 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Nice-to-Have:
  • 1-3 years of experience as a buyer.
  • Previous experience working in the golf industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Business Suite products.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite Customer Relationship Management products.
