- Foster customer relationships in a team-based selling model
- Manage deliveries and troubleshoot any order problems
- Communicate with customers and collect accounts receivable
- Develop new business by identifying prospective customers and attending trade shows and conferences
- Stay informed about market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products
- Drive to customer locations to ensure product delivery
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to build relationships and develop new business
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Competitive spirit and results-driven mentality
- Problem-solving, organization, and negotiation skills
- Proficient computer skills, experience with CRM tools preferred
- HS Diploma or equivalent
