Job DescriptionJob Description

12 + month contract with one of the world's largest banking organizations. 40 hrs per week

Qualifying requirements:

1. Have worked on a enterprise level help desk team and have worked in an environment of taking  40+calls per day (3+ years of experience)

2. Experience troubleshooting Windows OS (10 or 11), Active Directory, O365, M365, MS Suite, and VPN connectivity

3. You have worked in a call center environment

Additional details:

  • Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote 
  • Scope: Financial Technical Support, Tier 1 & Tier 2, Phone-Based & Inbound Tickets
