Business Development, especially at an early-stage startup, covers a wide spectrum of work from lead generation and management, marketing, and public relations to fundraising. Gauss Labs is looking for a business development manager with more focus on digital marketing and communications. If you'd like to develop new exciting stories with us and, at the same time, experience and learn various business-related functions promoting the new tech adoption in the manufacturing industry, please join us.

Responsibilities

    • Support developing strategic business plans through market research on the latest trends and initiatives in the industrial AI market and advanced manufacturing industry, especially the semiconductor market
    • Manage sales ops activities, collaborating with sales, finance, legal, and other related functions
    • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to drive quality traffic to Gauss Labs's online channels (website, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Develop marketing content and PR articles promoting Gauss Labs's brand and products
    • Plan and execute participating in offline marketing events such as SEMICON West
Basic Qualifications
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or PR in IT or manufacturing industry
    • Excellent writer with experience creating marketing content or articles, demonstrating the ability to explain complex concepts in easy-to-understand language
    • Excellent research and analytical skills, able to draw insights from data and information
    • Project management skills in a fast-paced, changing environment, working cross-functionally
    • Strong interest in industrial AI
Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience developing and managing websites
    • Knowledge in SEO, social media analytics, etc.
    • Excellent attention to detail with experience handling operational tasks
