We have an immediate opening for a Clinical Specialist with a leading manufacturer of wound care & ostomy products. This individual will provide clinical expertise during trials/evaluations, assist with the development and launch of new products, and train new/existing sales representatives.

Up to 75% travel is required for this position.

Compensation:

  • Base: $110K-$130K
  • Bonus: Up to 15% of base salary
  • Vehicle reimbursement program (fixed rate plus variable)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in nursing, physical therapy, or a nursing-related specialty is required
  • CNOR, WOCN, AAWM (CWS), or ICP board certification required.
  • 5+ years of work-related experience, including clinical or industry experience
  • Experience delivering clinical presentations to small and large groups
  • Strong clinical and industry network is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Clinical Sales Strategy in association with Strategic Accounts and Sales in top targeted accounts.
  • Deliver product related programs, including professional education events, development of evidence (QIPs) and other peer-to-peer events to appropriate audiences and groups that grow or defend company’s product portfolio.
  • Act as the primary clinical resource for Territory Sales Managers, ensuring that clinical policies and procedures are properly implemented.
  • Provide training and support for new hire Territory Sales Managers.
  • Assist with additional training of tenured Territory Sales Managers in the classroom, in the field and at National Sales or Region Meetings
