At Diverse Lynx, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ER Clinical Specialist to join our team. This role requires a registered nurse with extensive experience in emergency care.

About the Position:

  • We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • This is a full-time position that involves working 3 x 12 night shifts (1900-0730), with weekend rotation and on-call requirements.
  • The successful candidate will be required to float 100% of the time, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to specific populations using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and continual reassessment.
  • Serve as a patient advocate, coordinating care and promoting safety and clinical/service quality.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.

Requirements:

  • Current CA RN licensure.
  • BLS (AHA) certification.
  • ACLS and PALS certifications.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency care.
