Revel Search is supporting a client who is at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions in the automotive industry. We are seeking a results-driven Implementation Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the implementation of our Computer Vision AI solution in automotive dealerships, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction through effective project management and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day tasks of implementing Computer Vision AI solution in automotive dealerships.

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with customer expectations.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet implementation goals and deadlines.

- Ensure successful software implementation by troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions.

- Maintain open lines of communication with customers to address concerns, provide updates, and solicit feedback.

- Utilize analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize system performance.

- Demonstrate technical acumen by working with servers, utilizing Linux, and remotely accessing machines for configuration and troubleshooting.

- Develop and implement scripts for automation and customization of software solutions.

- Configure and troubleshoot networking components such as routers, pins, network adapters, IP cameras, and ARP.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and provide technical support during the sales process.

- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites for on-site support and project implementation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Proven experience in project implementation and software deployment.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems.

- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a collaborative team player.

- Experience in the retail automotive industry is a plus.

- Proficiency in Python programming language.

- Familiarity with visual AI technologies and experience with camera systems.
