Position Overview:

  • The Administrative Assistant position offers a unique opportunity for individuals with experience in administrative roles to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, the Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in managing program registrations and communication, tracking applicant progress, and communicating with stakeholders.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Pay Rate:

  • $22.00 Per Hour.

Responsibilities
  • Manage program registrations and ensure accurate and timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Track and communicate applicant progress and maintain detailed records.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  • Utilize Excel spreadsheets to organize and analyze data.
  • Support the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Maintain confidential HR records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. from an accredited institution.
  • Communicative, self-motivated, accurate/ detail oriented, personable, customer service. 
  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proactive and eager to learn about various aspects of administrative coordination.
