Key Responsibilities
  • Process, track, and manage customer orders and repair work orders to ensure accurate documentation and timely completion.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm orders, provide updates, and resolve inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Repair Workflow Coordination
  • Create detailed customer repair estimates and manage parts procurement.
  • Schedule repair activities and collaborate with production teams to meet quality and timeline standards.
  • Oversee repair workflows, addressing delays or challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Close completed work orders, ensuring proper documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Monitor stock levels of parts, raw materials, and supplies; reorder as needed to meet operational needs.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Optimize storage systems to enhance accessibility and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of work orders, inventory movements, and repair logs.
  • Generate reports on order status, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and audit requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline repair and inventory workflows.
  • Provide feedback and suggest innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in operations management or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in order processing, repair workflow coordination, and inventory management.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking ability.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate the warehouse to access inventory.
