Job Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service in all situations
- Greeting and interacting with customers by phone, email, and in-person
- Create and manage customer reservations
- Provide facility tours to interested customers
- Maintain accurate files and records
- Handling and walking pets, mostly at check-in / -out
- General upkeep and cleaning of facility in-line with our high standards
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Energetic, caring, and passionate about animals
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and ability to observe animal behaviors daily
- Able to clean pet accommodations / facility to maintain our high standards
- Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours
- Operate basic computer software
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays
Pay Rate - $10.10 to 15.00 (hourly)
