Key Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service to ensure a positive experience for our clients and their pets
  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Create and manage customer reservations, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Conduct facility tours to showcase our services and amenities
  • Maintain accurate files and records, including pet information and facility maintenance
  • Assist with the handling and walking of pets, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Perform general upkeep and cleaning of the facility, adhering to our high standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure the success of our operations

Requirements

  • Energetic and caring attitude towards animals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease
  • Attention to detail and ability to observe animal behaviors
  • Ability to clean pet accommodations and facility to maintain our high standards
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours
  • Basic computer skills and ability to operate software
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
