ABC Supply is currently looking for a Systems Administrator for our National Support Center in Beloit. This position will serve multiple roles for our National Support Center in supporting the IT Server and Computer Infrastructure for over 900 remote locations as well as the ABC Supply facilities in Beloit, WI.

Summary:

The below role will work with IT Infrastructure and related software/systems that support ABC Supply co., Inc. This position reports to the Server & Data Center Manager.

Requirements:

  • Broad skills and ability to carry out assignments of moderate scope and complexity
  • Usually operates independently
  • Fundamental business process knowledge
  • Focus 50% on tickets, 50% on project work
  • Participate in on-call rotation
  • Willing to work off hours as needed
  • Willing to travel if the business needs require it
  • 4 + years of relevant experience and/or technical degree
Primary job responsibility include the following:
  • Primary Focus Technology - Windows Server Administration
  • Secondary Focus Technology - Microsoft 365 Administration
Secondary job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
  • Build and maintain Windows and Linux servers
  • Monitor performance of servers and troubleshoot to resolve any issues
  • Manage App Virtualization Environments
  • Support Cloud/Hybrid Infrastructure
  • Support Mail platform
  • Manage on-premises and hybrid hypervisors
  • Manage storage and fiber-channel zones for SANs
  • Administer User Directory and EntraID
  • Utilize Powershell to administer systems and automate tasks
  • Provide 3rd level support to IT Service Desk, Operations, and Application Support teams
