Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the organization's quality vision, Quality Management System (QMS), and associated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring compliance with audit and certification standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001, while managing, mentoring, and developing the quality team.
- Lead initiatives in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective actions, loss reporting, customer service, and continuous improvement of quality processes.
- Provide comprehensive QA support for New Product Development (NPD) projects as well as existing product lines.
- Foster cross-functional collaborations to leverage trend analysis, enhance product reliability, and reduce costs.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications:
- US citizenship or permanent resident status compliant with ITAR regulations is mandatory.
- A Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering, or business administration is required. Six Sigma and/or ASQ certification is advantageous.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in quality management within the industrial manufacturing sector, including familiarity with ISO9001, AS9102, and AS9100 standards.
- Proven experience in Quality Engineering/Management, demonstrating leadership and employee development capabilities, a commitment to continuous process improvement, a robust problem-solving toolkit, and expertise in QMS.
