Territory Sales Specialist

Job Summary
Abacus Sports is seeking a Sales Representative to grow the Northeast market with their lines of Sports Flooring & Athletic Lockers. This person will call on Architects, Contractors, Coaches, and other End-Users focusing on the K-12, Collegiate Athletics, and Recreation markets.
Responsibilities and Duties
80% of time spent in the field visiting with clients
Communicate project details and pricing requests with Abacus Sports team
Follow up on projects, and remain the point-of-contact through completion
Attend industry trade shows and events
Qualifications and Skills
3 years of sales experience in the Architect/Design/Flooring industry is preferred, and experience in Athletics will be highly considered.
Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment. Excellent sales aptitude, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Well developed organization and time management skills. Ability to work in a team environment, and adjust direction quickly based on the needs and best interest of the company.
Territory includes New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts and includes regular travel throughout the territory. Candidates must live within the territory, or be willing to relocate to one of those areas.
