Overview

As a Cloud Help Desk Specialist, you will work in a dynamic team that is transitioning services and supporting operations providing critical insights to multiple cloud environments. The duties include the daily engagement with users, Engineers and clients. You will be responsible for supporting an intelligence system that helps USCG safeguard our nation. This role is performed on site in Hillcrest Heights, Maryland.

Responsibilities

  • Tier I and Tier II support.
  • Work with all of the stakeholders in this program to provide and support a product that meets the mission needs.
  • Provide prompt and professional problem solving to USCG system users and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Active TS, SCI Eligible.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience.
  • Must have Security+ certification or obtain within 3 months of hire.
