We are hiring an Account Manager, with an emphasis on our convenience store customers.
Account Managers play an important part in giving our customers excellent service that makes us successful. Establish and maintain relationships with all existing customers. Provide "world-class" customer service to our existing customer base by quickly responding to our customer's needs and communicating with them regularly and closing the loop. We believe in hands-on training and continuously making improvements to better serve our employees, customers, and community.
JOB SUMMARY:
The primary role of the Account Manager is to provide front-line support for new and existing customers and to ensure that all order requests, materials and trainings and orders are processed and completed in a timely manner. This includes responding to customer inquiries while also assisting in managing customer accounts by performing training on our websites. The Account Manager will often interact with other departments within the company in order to address customer inquiries as well as to assist in the coordination of new product sales and/or service installations.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct online training: Meet with clients via teams, zoom to understand and present product training. Explain added value offerings, answer questions, address any concerns.
- Build and maintain relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with existing clients. Provide exceptional customer service and prompt response to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on current programs and use the knowledge to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with Internal teams: Coordinate with sales, service department, marketing, and accounting. Share customer feedback and market insights to contribute to business growth.
- Personal organization: Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, manage schedules and maintain frequent communication with clients, prospects, and other company team members. Be self-starting and driven.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Communicate effectively in person as well as in writing. Be comfortable with the use of Microsoft office products.
- Additional tasks and projects assigned
- At least 4 years of customer service and sales experience.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by Team Members to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. Required to frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
The Team Member is occasionally required to lift and/or move 10 pounds, sit; stoop, bend and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, etc.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional overtime required.
