The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns promoting Bioventus' products. This role will collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and acquire leads/customers. They will manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, website, search engines, and display advertising.What you'll be doing
  • Manage and execute the digital marketing tactics for Pain Treatments & Restorative Therapies product verticals
  • Create digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution to support business goals
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools and develop digital marketing reports against KPIs
  • Manage the social media content calendar and partner with creative team for content creation for corporate and product social channels
  • Daily monitoring of multiple social media channels and engages/responds to comments, questions or complaints across all channels
  • Develop and send email campaigns to customers
  • Provides cross-functional collaboration to marketing, inside sales, creative and other key internal teams
  • Day-to-day contact for external partner and platform relationships- agencies, MarTech stack
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and competitor trends in the digital space
  • Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What you'll bring to the table
  • 4 Year college degree required
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceuticals
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
  • Experience managing social media platforms
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Understanding of marketing data analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and strong analytics skills
