JOB SUMMARY:

This role will assist the Human Resources team with the day-to-day operations of the department including but not limited to file management, Leave of Absence/FMLA Administration and Recruiting Team support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Responsible for maintenance of team member electronic files including verification and correction of new hire documents
  • Administration of Leave of Absence, FMLA, and ADA including team member education, paperwork, and approval process
  • Maintain HR surveys and data collection from same
  • Assist Recruiting team in onboarding activities including HPE’s, data entry and orientation
  • Assist Training and Development with training materials
  • Back-up SME regarding Benefits (long-term goal)


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

N/A

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; at least one year in an hourly HR role and/or a degree in Human Resources or a closely related field.
