- Responsible for performing all Respiratory Care procedures in the general and critical care settings.
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating shift-to-shift operations.
- At the direction of the POCC, assess annual blood gas competency for staff.
Job Requirements:
- Associates degree in a related field
- Licensed by the Texas Department of Health as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
- Possess active RRT credential from the NBRC (National Board of Respiratory Care)
- CPR certified from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS certified
- Pediatric and Neonatal experience
- Five (5) years of Respiratory Therapy experience
