Job Summary:

Universal Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Lead Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our respiratory therapy department, you will provide clinical expertise and supervisory support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical expertise in the provision of departmental services through a collaborative process designed to integrate services/functions throughout NWTHS.
Participate in and support a process to measure, assess, and improve performance in the area of assigned responsibility.
Operate departments of responsibility in such a way as to meet the fiscal goals of the organization.
Implement value-added programs and services.
Manage the satisfaction of department customers to include patients, employees, and physicians through effective communication and appropriate responsiveness to customer issues.

Requirements:

Current Registered Respiratory Therapist license by the Texas Medical Board.
Graduate of a 2-year approved AMA School of Respiratory Care or non-traditional degree program.
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC at date of hire.
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire and maintain certification throughout employment.
