Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Northwest Texas Healthcare System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients with respiratory disorders
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory status and develop treatment plans to address their needs
  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and mechanical ventilation
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Requirements
  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist license by the Texas Medical Board
  • Graduate of a 2-year approved AMA School of Respiratory Care or non-traditional degree program
  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC at date of hire
