Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Northwest Texas Healthcare System. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing complex respiratory care modalities to patients in our general and acute care units.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement age-appropriate plans of care using assessment and clinical skills
- Provide independent clinical judgments and evaluations
- Support an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practice the Service Excellence Standards
- Current Respiratory Care Practitioner License by the Texas Medical Board
- Graduate of a 1-2 year approved AMA School of Respiratory Care or nontraditional degree program
- Prefer to be Registry eligible
- Prefer 1-2 years of clinical experience
- Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential from the NBRC at date of hire
