We are partnered with a well-known entertainment company looking for a Director of Corporate Systems to lead the implementation and operation of top-tier solutions for employee support functions such as Security, Facilities, and Human Resources. The position is hybrid in Midtown, Manhattan.

  • Salary: $160-$195k
Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Identify and address process and tool gaps; design and implement product roadmaps to drive improvements.
  • System Implementation & Support: Manage application portfolios, including scoping, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment. Provide ongoing application support and light configuration as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Foster collaboration among corporate teams to standardize processes and implement best practices.
  • Program Management: Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Communication & Leadership: Present objectives, plans, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Required Qualifications:
  • Facilities operations and management
  • Real estate and leasing
  • Security operations
  • Environmental health and safety
  • HR functions like recruiting, learning and development, and business partner operations
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Office build-outs and occupancy management
  • Employee and visitor management
  • Emergency notifications and evacuations
  • General corporate operations
  • Proven expertise in managing projects, designing business processes, and driving product development.
  • 10+ years of technology experience required
  • Media & Entertainment industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Workday is a plus
