Role Objective

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Email Support Specialist to manage a high volume of email communications with brands and various marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will handle routine support inquiries as well as escalate technical issues to engineers and document bugs for further investigation.

Pay: $23/hour on W2 plus benefits

Location: 100% remote. Team is based in Bay Area, CA

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quick and thorough communication with marketing partners
  • Gather relevant feedback
  • Provide timely and accurate information/responses to customer queries.
  • Support marketing partners when annotated emails don't work as expected and report findings
  • Collaborate with engineers to create and document bugs for resolution
  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately
  • Prepare and update support documentation and FAQs
  • Update internal documentation and guidelines
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all customer interactions
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to review data, keep track of information, and report to the team
  • Work independently and in a team
Preferred Attributes:
  • Knowledge of Email Marketing
  • Degree in Marketing/Communications or similar fields
  • Comfortable working with Google Workspace
