1. Ensure the accurate processing and efficient management of transfer and military credits.

2. Generate and provide Certificate of Advanced Standings to departments as requested.

3. Assist with graduation application processing, including reviewing students EVAL, processing course substitutions, and removal of incomplete grades.

4. Provide assistance with the degree audit process and graduation clearance, verifying that degree requirements have been met.

5. Assist with the commencement ceremony, to include ensuring diploma covers and other items are sufficient prior to the event, efficient diploma set-up, and regular attendance at the event.

6. Create, schedule, and review data reports related to graduation, using Informer.

7. Work on Saturdays (during orientations) and work late/arrive early during extended hours of operation and during registration period.

8. Perform other duties as assigned.
