About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Email Marketing Manager to lead and optimize ARB's email marketing programs. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and optimization techniques. The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for enhancing the performance of our email campaigns, improving deliverability, and maximizing ROI while collaborating cross-functionally to drive marketing objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead and grow ARB's email marketing programs to advance our market position.

- Develop strategies and tactics to elevate and expand existing email marketing initiatives.

- Segment and target audiences effectively to maximize engagement and ROI.

- Optimize email delivery and improve deliverability metrics.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective email campaigns.

- Analyze, optimize, and report on key email marketing metrics to inform strategy.

- Manage email operations, ensuring efficient data flow, targeting, and event tracking.

- Provide teams with the necessary tools and training to implement new email tactics.

- Act as a strategic partner, providing insights and support for broader marketing objectives.

- Work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Education & Experience/Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience.

- 4+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably within a leading B2C Gaming, Travel, or E-Commerce brand.

- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email design and troubleshooting.

- Experience with email segmentation and targeting strategies.

- Demonstrated ability to scale and improve email programs to optimize efforts and drive results.

- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices, DNS management, and reputation management.

- Experience with bounces, A/B testing, database queries (SQL), AMP scripts, IP, and domain management.

- Advanced analytical and reporting skills.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear messages.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional requests for additional hours and/or some weekends, as needed and approved by the manager/supervisor.

Travel/Office Location:

The employee has the choice of working remotely or as otherwise required by the company. There is minimal to no travel associated with this role.
