Job Description: As an Email Marketing Specialist at HealthMerch, you’ll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, crafting and executing email campaigns that drive interest and engagement for both HealthMerch and Say It With A Condom. Your role will involve a mix of creativity, strategy, and collaboration as you work closely with our sales and design teams to create visually compelling emails that resonate with our audience. The emails you craft won’t just be about transactions—they’ll be about building relationships and trust in who we are and what we do.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales for HealthMerch and Say It With A Condom.
  • Create engaging, persuasive email content that effectively communicates the value of our products and services while adding a touch of humor where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with our sales and design teams to acquire and integrate creative assets into your email campaigns, ensuring they are visually compelling, on-brand, and relationship-focused.
  • Utilize HubSpot and Klaviyo to manage, segment, and optimize email campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify and segment potential clients, ensuring campaigns reach the right audience.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations to improve results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and email marketing best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop email templates, subject lines, and conduct A/B testing to refine messaging.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, offering suggestions for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in email marketing, with a track record of driving successful lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot and Klaviyo for email marketing and CRM management.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and deliverability.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling, conversion-focused email content that builds relationships and trust.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to work effectively with sales and design teams to produce visually appealing emails.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally within a team.
  • A sense of humor and a passion for building relationships over transactions.
