Biddeford non-profit is seeking a temporary Office Support Clerk for their Human Resources department.
Position will provide front desk reception for the Human Resources Department in the Biddeford office and will assist the department with a variety of tasks including processing new hire paperwork and I9 verifications, collection of offer letters and contracts, directing guests, reviewing emails and forwarding them to the correct team members, assisting with mailings (as needed), preparing compliance training for the Shared Services Manager to review and send, general HR file maintenance (Paper and Electronic).

Great opportunity for a customer service oriented, upbeat and organized individual
$19-20/hr.
M-F, 8:30-3pm.
