Patient Services Specialist at Providence St. Luke's Rehabilitation Medical Center in Spokane, WA

Schedule Details: Part Time, Day Shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 2:30 or 3:00 pm

Under the general direction of department leadership, the Patient Services Specialist performs a variety of tasks related to patient scheduling, pre-registration, and authorization/verification of benefits in a fast paced, ever changing environment. The Patient Services Specialist cultivates working relationships between therapists, practitioners, and patients. All employees are expected to be pleasant, respectful and courteous in all interactions with patients, families, staff, and visitors of the ministry, as well as being a positive representative of the medical center at all times.
