Schedule Details: Supplemental or On Call, Day Shift
Under the general direction of department leadership, the Patient Services Specialist performs a variety of tasks related to patient scheduling, pre-registration, and authorization/verification of benefits in a fast paced, ever changing environment. The Patient Services Specialist cultivates working relationships between therapists, practitioners, and patients. All employees are expected to be pleasant, respectful and courteous in all interactions with patients, families, staff, and visitors of the ministry, as well as being a positive representative of the medical center at all times.

Required qualifications:

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Providence has been serving the Inland Northwest since 1886 when Mother Joseph and the Sisters of Providence founded Sacred Heart Medical Center.
