  • Responsible for leading the technical strategy innovation and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • This role will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Salesforce technologies ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing the value of our Salesforce investment for financial services customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field Extensive experience 12 - 15 years in Salesforce platform development implementation and administration
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large scale Salesforce initiatives from concept to delivery.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture capabilities and ecosystem including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect CTA Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that drive business value.
