Service Cloud Mastery: Design and implement Service Cloud solutions that streamline student support services, faculty engagement, and issue resolution.
Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the Salesforce development team.
