This role reports to the VP of Client Services. The ideal candidate will excel in creating engaging content, managing social media strategies, and supporting public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Create and execute high-quality content across multiple platforms, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and public relations materials. Focus on crafting compelling narratives that align with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and manage comprehensive social media strategies for clients and internal channels. This includes content creation, scheduling, performance tracking, and optimizing engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Public Relations Support: Assist in developing and executing public relations campaigns to enhance brand visibility. This includes drafting press releases, media pitches and other PR materials, and collaborating with media outlets to secure coverage.
- Content Calendar Management: Build and maintain content calendars that coordinate with overall marketing strategies, ensuring timely and strategic content delivery for both clients and internal projects.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing strategies to drive engagement and lead generation. This includes creating drip campaigns, segmentation, and A/B testing to optimize email performance.
- SEO and Analytics: Ensure content is optimized for SEO, adhering to best practices to boost organic search visibility. Use analytics tools to monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Audience Research: Conduct research to understand target audiences and tailor content strategies to meet their needs and preferences effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and client-facing teams, to ensure content aligns with broader marketing goals and messaging.
- Internal Marketing: Drive the development and execution of content for Huebner Marketing's internal marketing efforts, promoting the company's brand and messaging.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on the performance of content initiatives, using insights to refine strategies and improve results.

Preferred but not required:
- Experience working in M&A or manufacturing sectors.
- Agency experience in content strategy, social media, or public relations.
