CSR Inside Sales Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Sound understanding of customer service practices.
  • Proficient in professional communication with high-volume phone calls and walk-in customers and vendors.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, and general e-mail communications.
  • Comfortable with customer communication and sales of accessories from our showroom.
  • Completion of work in a timely manner in accordance with company expectations.
  • Assist with invoicing for customers and receiving products.
  • Checks receiving orders for accuracy, and keeps accurate files of material received.
  • Assists the branch manager in various branch projects.
  • Helps maintain showroom organization and keeps a clean work area to assure a positive environment for our customers.
Requirements:
  • Great customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Background check and drug screen before the start date.
