ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Design visually engaging graphics and translate concepts and ideas into appealing visuals for digital and print media across various platforms and formats, that resonate with our audience and uphold brand guidelines.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills within the team and with other departments to understand project requirements, target audience, and objectives.

Utilize graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality designs.

Present design concepts and ideas, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Apply graphic design principles and demonstrate strong image editing skills including color theory, typography, balance, hierarchy, white space, alignment, proximity, and contrast, basic editing (cropping, resizing), color adjustments, retouching, filters/effects, and proficiency in using proper file formats, compression, optimization, and batch processing.

Stay updated with industry trends and design techniques to continually improve skills and knowledge.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain strong attention to detail and work independently with minimal supervision.

Capture high-quality photos and videos for media and events as required.

Passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning in the field of graphic design.

Knowledge of web design principles (HTML, CSS) and responsive design.

Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design is a plus.

Familiarity with print production processes and specifications.

Experience with Microsoft products such as Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.

Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
