Sales / Business Development We pride ourselves on giving back to our community by helping seniors and families downsize, relocate, declutter and more The Business Development Representative will be responsible for contacting and establishing new referrals and qualified leads within a defined territory to meet and exceed sales and revenue goals. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal and phone skills with the ability to develop a rapport with business partners and clients. The overall goal of this position is to drive sales, develop markets and create new opportunities for growth. Identify and secure referral sources based on market needs and trends. Actively pursue sales partnerships and contact lead sources by email, phone, and in person with local travel. Increased brand awareness in the marketplace, implement market growth strategies, create Business Development plans, achieve quarterly sales objectives. Provide comprehensive reporting to owner. Support and utilize sales tools such as branded materials, social media, sales development training and webinars, in-person presentations, and event-driven Email campaigns. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing with proven results. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. Motivated self-starter with strong organization and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
