Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Service Desk Analyst to join our team. This role supports multiple locations, primarily in Duncan, SC, and provides a unique opportunity to grow and learn within both systems and network teams. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills and the ability to problem-solve issues before escalating. Ideal candidates will come from a managed service provider (MSP) background and have a solid technical foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide helpdesk support for approximately 3,000-3,500 users across five locations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within an enterprise ticketing system, adhering to SLAs.
  • Perform computer imaging, utilizing various tools beyond SCCM to gain insights into your technical skillset.
  • Support Windows 10/11 operating systems and basic O365 applications.
  • Collaborate with network engineers and other IT team members to ensure effective resolution of issues.
  • Travel locally to Duncan plants, approximately 15% of the time.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a service desk position.
  • Experience with computer imaging (any tool, not limited to SCCM).
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 operating systems.
  • Familiarity with enterprise ticketing systems.
  • Basic knowledge of O365 and strong customer service skills.

Desired Skills:

  • A+ certification is a plus but not required. (We value self-motivation and the willingness to obtain certifications if needed).
  • Basic networking and Active Directory knowledge.
