We are seeking a Healthcare Technician for our San Antonio, TX office. Your primary responsibility will be helping patients heal using TMS treatment.   
 
Trigger Warning: 
Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.

Responsibilities

Qualifications  

  • High School Diploma/ GED.    

  • Strong customer service mindset.   

  • Three years’ work experience in customer service required  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.    

  • Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
