The Director of Operations (DOO) is a positive-thinking, self-motivated, confident professional who understands their role as a protector of the growing team. This team player performs a wide range of project/initiative leadership duties. Coordinates strategy, plans initiatives, manages project/initiative work teams on a day-to-day basis, sets and organizes agendas, and provides education, insights, and inspiration to the team.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented and results-driven, consistently seeking and maintaining new, innovative, and efficient business processes in order to build a strong prosperous company.

  • Location: In-office position in West Palm Beach, FL.
  • Hours of Operation are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, with some travel and some nights and weekends as necessary.
  • Compensation: Salary posted is an average first-year base + bonus earnings. There is enormous growth potential for subsequent years as this is a job where efforts compound over time. 401k and PTO included in the offer.


Responsibilities

• Build and run cadence for team meetings, including structuring and helping to deliver company-wide communication
• Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level, handling the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or that fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibility
• Proactively protects the CEO's time to ensure her calendar is aligned with the priorities of the organization
• Is a skilled Manager and provides actionable recommendations for improvement (When goals are not being achieved to determine why objectives are not being met)
• Responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports
