Administrative Assistant

Contract length : 2 Months
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, in person, via email, and over the telephone.
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Open, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as required.
- Support New Employee Orientation and Onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with market requirements.
- Process location invoice/payments for supplier invoices using PGT systems (MyBuy or S4HANA).
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and information.
- Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
- Provide planning and execution support for company events, such as team meetings, retirement parties, and employee recognition events.
- Serve as the primary back-up for completing daily cashiering documentation, including running reports, maintaining a log of cashiering activities, and retaining appropriate documentation.
